报告摘要：There has been longstanding interest in finding and studying integrable multi-component evolution equations. A highlight is the classification of integrable equations for fields in an arbitrary associative algebra due to work by Olver, Sokolov, and Wang. The next natural step is to move to fields in non-associative algebras.
报告人简介：
Stephen Anco教授，加拿大Brock 大学数学与统计学院教授，曾任学院院长10余年。本科毕业于加州理工学院，博士毕业于芝加哥大学。曾合作出版两本微分方程对称群的专著。关于微分方程的守恒律、对称群、可积几何流以及具尖峰孤子解等方面发表了系列高水平成果，主要发表在CPDE，PRL，LMP, Stud. Appl. Math.等国际著名杂志上。现为Euro. J. Appl. Math., J. Nonlin.Math. Phys.等杂志编委。
